Monday, December 3, 2018 Meeting 6:30-8:30 p.m.

The topic will be Ski Flying featuring two key speakers:  Stacee Frost and Carol Zerbe

Stacee Frost’s passion for bow hunting in Alaska, meant the obvious, fly to location.  In 2016, at 41 years young, Stacee decided it was time to learn to fly.  After two years and 200 hours of accumulated flight time, she’ll note that she is still a novice.  She continues to gain more experience and confidence with every aerial adventure.  Stacee would like to share her first winter ski flying experience starting with purchasing the skis, ground maneuvers and heat management.

Carol Zerbe, has been flying professionally for over 20 years in Alaska.  Carol says her favorite type of flying is when her airplane is equipped with skis!  Carol will share her expertise with an  overview of ski flying, noteworthy “Pro-tips”, and will provide various ski flying destinations:  some more advanced and technical than others.

Hope to see you!!
